Steal Fish Eggs Fusion Guide

Base Fuse Machine and Secret Fusion Shrine explained — what fuses, what risks, and what stays unknown.

Fusion Guide

Steal Fish Eggs has two fusion systems that players often conflate: the base Fuse Machine in your base and the Secret Fusion Shrine inside the Angels & Demons biome. They are separate mechanics with different inputs, risks, and outputs. This guide covers both.

Base Fuse Machine

The Fuse Machine has been in the game since launch. It lives in or near your base and lets you combine three pets of the same species into a single egg. The output egg has a chance to hatch a larger or stronger version of that species.

Key facts:

  • Input: three pets of the same species
  • Output: one fusion egg with unknown odds
  • Risk: duplicates are consumed regardless of outcome
  • Location: your base

Community reports suggest the Fuse Machine favors same-species inputs and that mixed rarity inputs do not improve odds. Do not feed mutated or high-income pets into the Fuse Machine unless you have duplicates to spare.

Secret Fusion Shrine (Angels & Demons)

The Secret Fusion Shrine is new in Update 4 and is tucked behind the waterfall in the Angels & Demons biome. It is the endgame fusion system and works differently from the base machine.

How to reach the shrine

  1. Enter the Angels & Demons biome at night (requires 20B Speed)
  2. Find the waterfall inside the biome
  3. Walk into the hidden path behind the waterfall to reach a portal
  4. Step through the portal to enter the shrine

Some walkthroughs also report a lava-wall entrance on the Demons side. If the waterfall path does not work in your current variant, try pushing into the side walls until the screen shifts you through.

Shrine requirements

The shrine is picky about what it accepts:

  • Pet must be Eternal or Divine rarity
  • Pet must be a Light or Darkness type from the new biome
  • Current eligible pets: ArchAngel, World Burner, Pegasus, Skeleton Horse

Ordinary Eternal or Divine pets from older biomes cannot be used. Pets from the base Fuse Machine do not qualify.

How the shrine works

  1. Place one Light pet on the Light pedestal
  2. Place one Dark pet on the Dark pedestal
  3. Wait for the fusion animation to complete
  4. Collect the resulting Fusion Egg
  5. Place the Fusion Egg in your pen and wait for it to hatch

The Fusion Egg hatches into a stronger fused pet. The exact stat boost, odds, and wait time are still being verified by the community.

What the shrine gives

One guide reports a fusion egg as output, but a completed, source-stable record of the final hatch, odds, and wait time has not yet been confirmed. This page will update when verifiable in-game evidence is published.

Safety rule: fuse spare value, not your income core

A fusion system is useful when it turns idle duplicate pets into another roll. It becomes dangerous when it consumes the pet paying for your treadmill, Trail, or next biome push.

Do not put a mutated, oversized, or income-critical pet into any fusion machine unless the live prompt clearly shows the result and you accept the loss risk.

Current evidence for the shrine is not strong enough to recommend sacrificing a single World Burner, ArchAngel, Pegasus, or Skeleton Horse just to test it. Wait for community-verified odds before using top pets.

Does fusion keep mutations or size?

That is not settled. Do not put a mutated, oversized, or income-critical pet into a machine unless the live prompt clearly shows the result and you accept the loss risk.

Fusion questions

Where is the Secret Fusion Shrine? Inside the Angels & Demons biome, behind the waterfall. Walk into the waterfall and look for a portal. Some players report a lava-wall entrance on the Demons side instead.

Which pets qualify for shrine fusion? Light or Darkness Eternal/Divine pets from the new biome: ArchAngel, World Burner, Pegasus, and Skeleton Horse.

Does fusion keep mutations or size? Not confirmed. Do not risk a mutated or income-critical pet until the mechanics are verified.

What does the Secret Shrine give? One guide reports a fusion egg as output. The final hatch result, odds, and wait time are still being verified. Check back after community testing confirms the output.

Should I use the base Fuse Machine? Only on duplicate pets you can afford to lose. Never on your primary income pets or mutated keepers.
